Welcome to Frederick Blaze Youth Cross Country Track and Field team. Young athletes of all experience levels are welcome to grow, compete, and have fun through the sport of running. We proudly offer year-round programs in Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track. Our goal is to provide opportunities for kids to build endurance, speed, and confidence across a variety of events. Whether you're new to the sport or chasing personal records, our team creates a supportive and exciting environment that celebrates every runner's journey. From the trails to the track, we believe running should be challenging, rewarding, and most of all, FUN.
